The La Habra Family Resource Center welcomes your partnership in supporting the families we serve. We have partnered with many organizations and funders to enhance services and offerings to our center. We welcome your resources, classes, and programs you find to be a great fit for the families we serve. For Social Workers, please take a look at our FaCT Referral Form, fill it out and fax it over! The referral form can be faxed over and seen by our FRC Manager to review the case and match it with one of our professionals. Our FRC staff will then contact the client to schedule an appointment.

Our center hosts Case Management Team meetings (CMT) every Thursday of the week. Here, FRC staff present their cases and collaborate with our partner agencies to provide the client with the best services and resources that fit their individual needs. It is a space to talk about each case and gain feedback and knowledge of how to best approach and help the family.
